Our Story
Kare Companions & Consulting LLC (KCC)
Kare Companions & Consulting LLC (KCC) was founded by Tanique Powell, a passionate educator, advocate, and parent coach who saw firsthand the gaps in support for families, schools, and churches navigating the special education system. She created KCC with a clear purpose: to help every child feel seen, supported, and capable—and to help adults feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
Our mission is to bridge educational knowledge with compassionate guidance, equipping families, educators, and ministry teams with the tools and confidence to make the special education journey less daunting and more successful for everyone involved.
